USPS or Domestic orders can be tracked by clicking here. UPS or International orders can be tracked by clicking here. Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up to seven business days for your package to arrive after it's been shipped. For international orders, shipping times will vary based on where you are located and the shipping method you selected.

If your shipping label has not been created, please contact help@yeyisibeauty.com to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once the label for that order has shipped. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed.
