Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.yeyisibeauty.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy.
 

Return and Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow returns. YeyisiBeauty.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 

Lost/Stolen Items

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your unshipped order for a full refund or have any questions, please contact our customer service at support@yeyisibeauty.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you), then we will not be able to cancel the order/issue you a refund. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case either.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is full and correct at the time of purchase.Yeyisi Beauty is NOT responsible for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers. If our facility receives your package back due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send over an invoice for shipping: meaning you will be charged for a new shipping label. If the customer decides not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund.

Damages and Issues

In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged/missing item, we will gladly replace it within 3 business days from the delivery date. Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to attach photos to your email if your product is incorrect, damaged or defective.

Fraudulent Orders/Chargebacks

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are a high risk of fraud. We reserve the right to refund any orders to customers who have opened chargebacks if the package was delivered to the address they provided at checkout. Filing false chargebacks can lead to legal repercussions, as it can be deemed as fraud. If a cardholder knowingly disputes valid transactions to evade payment, they could face criminal charges, fines, or even imprisonment.
