SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. (THIS SHIPPING TIME FRAME EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND DURING HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING & SHIPPING.)
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers. We strongly encourage our customers to check with their country's customs/taxes before completing their purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. If the package has not been delivered, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email so they can track your package for you.
Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is full and correct at the time of purchase.Yeyisi Beauty is NOT responsible for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers. If our facility receives your package back due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send over an invoice for shipping: meaning you will be charged for a new shipping label. If the customer decides not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state-recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.
Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays.
